TABATA “BOTTOM” SQUATS
Regular Tabata– 20 sec. exercise 10 sec rest… for 4 mins.
BUT you “rest” at the BOTTOM of a squat!
EXAMPLE:
20 sec. of squats 10 sec. squat hold… repeat…. for 4 mins.
