  1. Just finished this one- shwoo! Thanks for the pre-Thanksgiving wod. I added on ab work for good measure.

  2. Very cool!!! Loved it, Danny! I do think I went through it pretty nicely so once I got to 1-1-1, I went back up but instead of pop squats again, I did jump squats + the push ups till I got back up to 50. Brutal! Loved it! Thank you!!
