Ugh. Strained chest muscle from pushups. Don’t know what I’m going to do without my Sweaty Bettie workouts for a week!

Jenna! awesome! ok so I SHOULD preface this that yes, you should warm-up… BUT I would be lying if I said I did.. its hot as heck in that garage and I’m pretty flexible but I do stretch after and I should mention that too.. thanks!
Thanks. That’s pretty much what I do too. I know I should warm up, and sometimes I make myself get on the elliptical for 5min first…but that is freaking boring. So most of the time I don’t. I do make sure to stretch after though.
The music you chose for this video was hilarious! My time 14.39, I have to mention I loathe jumping rope, I just suck so bad at it, and box jumps. Seems to be a theme, jumping. Its good do things you don like right? I really love all of the workouts you are posting these days. They are inspiring me all over the place.

it made me laugh too.. and as far as the jumping goes… man I have to pee my pants the whole time.. I almost did on that last 30 jump ropes! LOL I was wondering how inappropriate it would be if I showed my peed pants on camera
How often should I do these a couple days out of the week or this just one day challenge?
I would do these type workouts 3-4 days per week
Love the modifications! I never thought of those two ideas for Wall Balls and Box Jumps! Doing this today!
